The College has now completed a consultation on a minor change to its governance arrangements and the Governing Body has now decided to implement the proposed change.
With effect from 1 June 2019, the College will become a Foundation school. This is a change from the previous position when it was a Foundation Trust School and a separate Trust body known as the Westlands Trust had the right to nominate two places on the College’s governing body. This Trust will now be closed and the College’s Governing Body will be responsible for all governor appointments and will be able to recruit additional governors.
