Heats will be conducted in year groups and the winner from each year group will go through to the Grand final with a surprise recipe to bake.

Students must bring their own ingredients for the heats.  Ingredients for hte final will be provided by the College.

For the heats, Year 7 will bake a Lemon Cheesecake; Year 8 will bake a Victoria Sandwich; Year 9 will bake a Chocolate Orange Cake and Year 10 will bake Chocolate Eclairs.

Baking for the heats will be from 3 - 4.30 pm (judging and tidying will take place after 4.30 pm).

The heats are on Wednesday 25 June for Years 7 and 8, and on Wednesday 2 July for Years 9 and 10.

The grand final is on Thursday 17 July.

Students must sign up with Miss Knight or Miss McNulty in room 0607 or 0608 at lunchtime on Wednesday 11 or Thursday 12 June.  Students may also sign up during their Technology lessons.  Recipes will be provided upon sign-up.
