Sixth Form Centre
Our Sixth Form students benefit from a specialist Sixth Form Centre: a dedicated space within the College designed to support both independent learning and social development. This purpose-built area provides a clear sense of identity and independence for our sixth formers.
The centre includes a Sixth Form café, perfect for relaxing and socialising during breaks; a specialist library stocked with course-specific resources; and a quiet study room where students can focus during independent study. These facilities help create a mature, university-style environment that supports academic success and personal growth.
The Sixth Form Café
Our Sixth Form Café is a welcoming and relaxed space exclusively for sixth form students. It offers a range of hot and cold food, snacks, and drinks throughout the day, providing the perfect place to take a break, catch up with friends, or refuel between study sessions. The café helps foster a strong sense of community and supports the more independent, adult environment of Sixth Form life.
The Sixth Form Library
Our Sixth Form Library is a quiet, well-resourced space designed to support focused, independent study. Stocked with a wide range of academic texts, subject-specific materials, and wider reading to enrich learning, the library provides students with the tools they need to succeed. With access to computers, study desks, and support from staff, it’s an ideal environment for research, revision, and developing effective study habits.
Study Rooms
Our Sixth Form study rooms are equipped with a large number of computers and individual storage space for each student to keep their folders, books, and learning materials organised and easily accessible. These dedicated spaces are designed to support focused, independent study in a quiet and structured environment. A member of staff is always on hand to provide guidance, encourage effective study habits, and offer support whenever it’s needed.
